Creative Director

Chris has 10 years experience in digital & online. He’ll be pushing the boundaries to ensure your project is awesome enough to get noticed. Chris studied and worked for 10 years in music production, and has produced a diverse selection of music, from platinum selling Reggae, Jazz and Hip Hop albums, to bootleg mashups and remixes. When he’s AFK, you can find him grinding the bowl at Northcote Skatepark.

Jacquie Baker

Director of Strategy

Creative business ideas and big picture stuff is Jacquie’s forte. She has been responsible for big wins in Real Estate marketing, deployed successful multi million dollar business growth plans, and has helped international tech start-ups get featured in TechCrunch and Mashable. In 2014, she consulted to over 600 businesses as a digital strategist for the Victorian Government. Jacquie is the perfect mix of funny, clever girl and killer ideas that work. #girlboss

Ubaldo Formica

Brand Strategist

Call him Ubi – joins SILVERLANE with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has worked for more than a decade in marketing roles with multinational brands, small and medium businesses and organisations. Prior to this he held management roles in hospitality and retail and even ran his own food business. Ubi says he gets all his best ideas when he’s sitting at a pottery wheel, or when he’s in the kitchen cooking Italian food. Ubi loves helping clients understand the essence of their brand and how to communicate that across everything they do.

Thomas Huynh

Designer

Tom is the resident graphic and UX designer at Silverlane. Whether it is digital or print design he will ensure your goals are met with beautiful solutions. After graduating with a degree in communication design, Tom has also developed his skills in web becoming well versed in the WordPress platform. When he isn’t pushing pixels Tom follows way too many sport teams.

A passionate storyteller, Claire is dedicated to all things communications and the enhanced value of narrative. Experienced in digital marketing with academic tendencies Claire enjoys in-depth strategic planning during the day… and by night she plays with storytelling with the backdrop of a stage; whether through performance or creative writing.

Jorja Watts

Brand Awareness Manager

Jorja is a gun at producing engaging content. Aligning your views as a business owner with those of your target market. Look at her go! She boasts skills in marketing and graphic design, and has an impressive back-catalogue of work for various not-for-profits, quenching her thirst for socially responsible marketing. Jorja is easily disappointed when she finds cups of tea she has forgotten about, but on the plus side that is how the best iced tea can be made.

Saxon Rodman

Designer

Quiet, but clever, Saxon is the baby designer at Silverlane. After moving to the big city from sleepy Tasmania, he now dedicates his time to making sure your social graphics are popping and your branding is nice and consistent. When he isn’t dodging the beachball of doom, he is usually caught in an Instagram rabbit hole, or smashing down popcorn at the movies.

Jez Fenton-Menzies

Account Manager

Jez is the local Account Manager. If you find yourself in need of a meeting, if there is a marketing wish you want to make come true, or if you need to contact SILVERLANE, he will be your best friend. He has a media and communications degree, and he loves to put both to good use. If he isn’t in the office, chances are he is bombing with a bit of stand-up comedy, or rocking the mic with his LED-lit Les Paul.
